SINGAPORE MEMORIAL

The Memorial stands in Kranji War Cemetery. Kranji War Cemetery is 22 kilometres north of the city of Singapore, on the north side of Singapore Island overlooking the Straits of Johore.

Born1915 London. Educated King’s College School,Assistant, Mercantile Bank, Singapore 1939 then Chemical Engineer. To Thailand with 'H' Force. 1st Escape with Geoff Mowat, captured in Johore, to Pudu Gaol KL, returned to Singapore Oct. 1942.
