David sleeps beside his comrades,
In a grave across the foam;
But his memory is written in tears of love
In the hearts of those at home .
We thank you David for the service you gave, allowing your life to be taken to protect and save others. You are sadly missed by Mary and John loving parents, your brothers William and Frederick, and sister Margaret.
