Notes:-

From Saigon, sailed up the Mekong River to Phnom Penh. Trained 400 mile to Bangkok, then to Nong Pladuk, stayed three days and then marched to Ban Pong. Railway Wagons to Tha Sao, then barges to Kinsaiyok.
