Born 1901/05/31 in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Taken prisoner by the Japanese after the Battle of the Java Sea. Died Died at Kanigaya, Japan, Detachment of Tokyo Communication Corps, cause of dathe given as Diffused Peritonitis.
